Juana's Private Party "Lil Silce of Heaven" 8/13/16

Pop Up Studios was invited to do a painting party in Long Beach, with one really vibrant and fun family! We were celebrating a birthday party and painting one gorgeous Maui landscape. The painting was called, "Lil slice of Heaven"  and step by step the whole family got through this painting. This was a party with all ages, and everyone finished with an incredible masterpiece.

We had music, some really delicious food and of course lots and lots of laughter! This was a great time, and a fun family, can't wait to have many more parties with them in the future.

We listened to some Disney tunes, and some kidz bop classics and while we created some epic-ally happy dragons!

Colin's Private Party "Winter Husky" 7/18/16

Another great time at Colin's humble abode, and this time it was the three of us... Colin, Mia and I! Man did we have a great time painting "Winter Husky" this was by far one cute pup! I just couldn't wait to paint it again myself. They both did some awesome versions of this painting and I'm so happy it turned out so stinking ADORABLE!!!!

We got so into it that Mia and I added some extra details to make it just a bit more snowy! IT was such a great time with both of these two can't wait to paint more on Thursday!

Collin's Private Party "Ninja Turtle Power" 7/5/16

Pop Up Studios made time to get totally tubular and make some terrific NINJA TURTLE PAINTINGS with the boys today, Collin, Bradley and Owen! Everyone did their favorite Ninja Turtle we had Rafael, Mikey, and Leonardo. Each one of them had such individual personality and they turned out RADICAL!

Once we got through the whole class, Collin wanted to keep on painting the rest of the ninja turtles, PLUS Master Splinter! Which all of them turned out awesome.... it was such a good time and I'm so excited we got to make such a fun painting.

Turtles in  half shell TURTLE POWER!!

Lien's Teacher Party "Sunset at Dana Point" 6/17/16

Pop Up Studios had another AMAZING time with some wonderful Orange County teacher's, and Lien's daughter Mia! I also had one wonderful assistant as well, Mia help me pump paints and get the party ready,  a HUGE thank you to her! Also a BIG Thank you to Lien for hosting another party in her spacious backyard!

It was one heck of a good time teaching these ladies to paint "Sunset at Dana Point" I couldn't have been happier to take them through it step by step. We got paint on some clothes along the way, but thankfully it was caught in the nick of time. The moral of this story is just enjoy yourself, because in the end we had some amazingly gorgeous beach scenes and a bunch of smiling teachers! It was a great way to kick off the start of their summer and the end of the year. I can't wait to come back to Lien's for more fun and painting!

Ama and Ali's Birthday Party "Love Blooms DATE NIGHT" 6/14/16

Well oh well, finally Pop Up Studios got to do a party for one of our bestest friends in the whole land! Elisha called us for a double birthday, and how could we say "no" to that. The whole family showed up ready to paint, and eat and boy did we have quite a spread. We started painting "Love Blooms" while it was still light out side, and ended with amazing porch lights on and lots of laughter in the dark. We could not only see our awesome art work, but it also turned out pretty gorgeous.  All the girls did very beautiful versions of flowers some different than others. Man oh Man though was there a lot of love and family at this table!

It was such a great time taking everyone through the painting, even Memphis, Elisha's 6 year old was painting, and he paid close attention to all the directions! It couldn't have gone better, smiles all around. Can't wait to come back and do this again!
